Many scientists recommend hydrogen-enriched water for health reasons. This is because hydrogen from hydrogenated water has an antioxidant effect on our bodies. Antioxidant means that the hydrogen binds the so-called free radicals, which are oxygen-rich elements that can cause cell ageing or malignant diseases.
